Arseg
Founded in 1975, Arseg published the first issue of its magazine Arseg Info in 1987, now published each month for more than 3000 practitioners. The first edition of our exhibition Proseg, now Siseg, occurred in 1993. The website has been created in 1997 and get now more than 20000 inquiries each month. Several chapters have taken place throughout the years around the country in Lille, Strasbourg, Lyon, Marseille, Nice, Bordeaux and Nantes. Since 2005 François Delatouche is Chairman of Arseg. He is in charge of Real Estate and Facility Management for Bouygues Telecom.
Current activities: Arseg is organized in 4 departments related to its activities. The first one is “communication”, handling with the editorial content of the magazine, web site and newsletters as well as institutional communication and major events. The second one is “studies and professional tools” in charge of the KPI database “Buzzy Ratios”, education and training programs and the current awareness newsletters. The third one is “marketing and development” implementing the membership growth and retention policies. Finally, the last one is the “life of the network” throughout the country via the coordination of the activities of the different active clubs and chapters.
Cofinimmo
Cofinimmo is the foremost listed Belgian real estate company specialising in rental property. The company owns a property portfolio worth over €3 billion, representing a total area of 1,700,000m². Its main investment segments are office property and care homes. Cofinimmo is an independent company, which manages its properties in-house. It is listed on Euronext Brussels (BEL20) and benefits from the Belgian fiscal Sicafi regime and the French SIIC regime. At 31.12.2010, its total market capitalisation was €1.5 billion.
