Physical security
Our servers are located in highly secured environments. Access to the datacentre and hosting rooms is subject to two forms of identification, including a biometric one. The premises are guarded 365x24 by security guards and monitored continuously with cameras.
Monitoring
Teams of technicians are present in the datacenter 24 hours a day, every day of the year. A system continuously monitors all ours servers.
Redundancy
Our servers operate at full redundancy. Our systems are engineered to stay up even if our servers fail.
Transactions
Financial transactions are processed through Ogone, a recognized leader in electronic payment security. We make sure that the user data are safe and that suppliers get paid through a combination of payer authentication, blocking rules & filters, fraud risk scoring and customisable criteria and settings.
