Visitor Management runs on PC, iPad, and smartphone. Each device is used in a specific context.

List of visitors on the receptionists' screen

Receptionists manage the visitors on their PC. They can perform many actions directly from the visitors’ list: print badges, warn hosts, see visitors details, print emergency list.

Self-registration of visitors on an iPad or on another touchscreen

Upon arrival, visitors can check themselves in on a screen.

We have a standard, intuitive lay-out for the visitor screen. Based on your needs, you can reduce the number of fields on the screen.

Hardware: iPad, other touchscreen, or regular PC

You have two options regarding the hardware: install the visitor screen on one of your PCs at the reception; or opt for a touchscreen (incl. iPad). Note that on the PC visitors' screen IE8 needs to be running, a min 17' screen is recommended.

Emergency list on your smartphone and accessible from anywhere

Your emergency list is available on Proxyclick’s mobile site. In case of emergency, you can thus check for safe visitors from anywhere (e.g. outside at the gathering point).
