Tour - 1. Define your business rules
Define authorized users
Use Proxyclick to select from the list of employees those who are authorised to place food orders for a meeting. If you are not on the authorised list you can’t place an order.
Create cost centers
Make sure catering orders are billed to the correct cost centers by adding them to the company profile. Cost centers are linked to invoicing addresses. This means that if you’re a multinational related companies can organise meetings at your premises and be invoiced correctly.
Select mandatory fields and add custom fields
Every company can customise its required ordering content. If you decide that the number of participants is a mandatory field then no orders will be processed if this information is absent. This is not only valid for existing fields but also for custom fields which you can create to enter content that is specific to your company (ex. a specific reference).
Limit ordering scope
If there's no cafeteria in your building and you decide to use neighbouring restaurants instead (see caterers' section), you can select which caterers your authorised users can choose from. You can even select the specific items on the caterer’s menu that can be ordered (i.e. you might want to remove some of the more expensive items).
