Asset Management is a simple web-based application that allows you (and your colleagues) to create and update a single inventory of all your equipment. Equipment can be any item you can think of: furniture, IT equipment, telecom devices, vehicles …

All information about your equipment is stored in one single online database. This unique repository can be accessed by different employees. As a result, you only have only one “truth”, which is up-to-date.





Capture the information that matters

The information about the equipment can be the reference, the dimension, the owner, the location, the category, etc.



Clone equipment and save time

In case you need to create 30 chairs that differ only by one number in their reference, you create one, and then clone it 29 times, only changing a number. This is a great time-saving functionality.




Print labels with QR code

in one click you can print (with a DYMO printer) an adhesive label to be put on the equipment. This label contains key information on the equipment (e.g. its reference) and a QR code for quick access from a smartphone.

Easy mobile access

You can scan the QR code on the label with your smartphone, which will automatically bring you to the Proxyclick webpage containing the equipment’s detailed information. This allows you to update equipment directly from its location. No need to return to your desktop



Easy search and filters

You can easily filter equipment, for instance to retrieve the list of equipment present in a given location or belonging to a specific colleague. Again, a big time saving.



Manage updates super easily

After having selected all the equipment in a location or belonging to a colleague, you can move it in one click to another location (in case of a move) or to another colleague (in case of a replacement). Very easy and fast.



Keep track of history

Every time an equipment changes of location or owner, this is recorded in a log and attached in a separate tab. You now have a full history of an item’s moves.

Manage incidents on your assets with the Service Desk

You can report an incident directly form an asset. This will create a service request that will then be handled by the Facility Management team through the Service Desk.

Advantage are:

  • Fast creation of request
  • Request automatically linked to the right asset
  • Requests captured in the history of the asset
