Who can you order from?
Order from the company restaurant and skip the queue or order from the nearby food delivery guy. Just give us menus of your favourite restaurants and we'll add them to our system...
The minimum the selected restaurant needs is a fax to receive the order. As soon as they get to know us they receive their own login and password to manage their own profile online (menu, price, languages, delivery areas, minimum delivery amounts etc.)

A food payment solution that's as flexible as you are
If you decide to opt for employees paying for their own food on line then all payments are made online by employees with their bank cards. (Contact us if you'd like a list of accepted cards in your country over and above major credit cards). Depending on your country it might also be possible for employees to pay with meal vouchers. Just talk to us and we'll figure something out.
If you decide to have the food orders deducted from employees' salaries then it’s your company who pays suppliers for the food ordered.
Proxyclick's Virtual Canteen allows companies to track all orders and all cash movements.
With either option Proxyclick can manage a daily company sponsorship of every lunch (e.g. a sponsorship of € 1 per employee per day).
Proxyclick individual accounts can also be linked to employees' badges for payment in the company restaurant. In some countries the individual accounts can even be linked to the employee's electronic national ID card.
