Technical Support Engineers work on strengthening our pre-sales process for leads and customers with a complex project scope. Their goal is to support customers in enhancing and designing an integrated visitor experienced with various solutions.
Enterprise Success Managers focus on our Enterprise customers, their needs, provide training and present a customised solution to key stakeholders, administrators and end users in this segment. But also, on daily basis, they act as an expert point of contact for them while working hand in hand with the other teams on different matters.
Project Managers act as the expert point of contact in helping our global customers deploy our platform. They provide training and present a customised solution to key stakeholders, administrators and end users while collaborating with large enterprises worldwide on different projects.
