Head of People Experience

Proxyclick is an international SaaS scale-up delivering a solution which is transforming the way people are welcomed at offices around the world. In 2018, over 10 million people in thousands of companies (including Airbnb, Audi, Dimension Data, L’Oréal, and Pepsico)  have checked-in with our Proxyclick iPad app across the globe, making the world a more positive place one meeting at a time. Proxyclick is looking for an outstanding Head of People Experience to help us shape the best people experience, and further strengthen and grow our talented and engaged team.The position is based in the Brussels hub of the company, at the heart of a growing network of team members around the world.

Roles and responsibilities
Lead the following People Experience drivers of excellence and engagement:

  • Recruitment and retention management (Proactive sourcing, pipeline, metrics, onboarding, employer branding)
  • Talent development (Talent pool, individual skills and leadership development)
  • Performance and feedback management (goal setting systems, accountability principles, continuous feedback behaviour, 360° evaluation)
  • Compensation, benefits and recognition (fair, competitive, motivating policies and schemes)
  • Team alignment and engagement with the company mission, vision and values
  • Organization philosophy and design, physical work environment, engagement monitoring, change management
  • Cohesion and effectiveness, in a network of remote teams
  • People Experience tools, processes and policies

Synchronise business needs and people needsCoordinate the People Team members (Team Happiness and People Administration)

Requirements

  • Proven track record in managing People Experience full-cycle, in particular talent acquisition, development and engagement, in an international scope with remote teams
  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management, psychology or relevant field
  • International experience in large and small, entrepreneurial, international and cross-cultural (tech) companies
  • Excellent leadership, listening, communication and relationship building skills
  • Multi-lingual, including fully proficient English, written and spoken

Front-end web integrator

Proxyclick is an international SaaS scale-up delivering a solution which is transforming the way people are welcomed at offices around the world. We’re looking for a front-end developer to be a part of our growth team in order to design and build rich user-focused experiences that engage and connect with our prospects and customers. You’ll own Proxyclick’s web properties and rely on data to influence the design, information architecture, and inbound marketing for Proxyclick’s digital properties. You will also work closely with UI/UX designers and bridge the gap between graphic design and technical implementation. This position is based in our Brussels office.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Assist in the production of high-quality and innovative responsive websites, landing pages and emails built in the HubSpot COS CMS
  • Translate UI/UX design wireframes and mockups to actual code and assets(HTML, CSS, Javascript, CSS, images, etc) and implement them on Proxyclick’s website and other web properties in collaboration with our design team
  • Develop and maintain a UI pattern framework shared across marketing products
  • Build and execute HTML Email marketing campaigns, landing pages, newsletters, and implement A/B tests that will lead to conversion rate improvements 
  • Provide assistance to the marketing team to create and update content on Hubspot
  • Help prioritize, resolve, and optimize areas of the website that are under-performing

Requirements

  • 2+ years front end development experience in CMS integration
  • Knowledge of Hubspot COS or similar inbound marketing tools
  • Experience working with Jinja, Hubl or other templating engines
  • Deep understanding of HTML, SASS/CSS, Javascript, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility and email implementation constraints
  • Experience developing HTML emails and knowledge of the limitations of this medium
  • Proficient understanding of Git and command line tools
  • Comfortable in writing its own automation tools (Gulp, Grunt, etc)
  • Passionate about online marketing and keeping up-to-date with latest tools, trends and strategies
  • Understanding of and interest in UX principles 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must have English communication skills, both verbal and written

Senior Outbound Sales Rep. (English and German speaking)

Roles and responsibilities

  • Work with sales and account management to identify opportunities
  • Navigate within large organisations to find right contact persons
  • Execute targeted & strategic outbound activity via email and phone to reach key sales milestones
  • Cold call, pitch and present Proxyclick
  • Run screen sharing demos
  • Build the trust necessary to uncover and understand customers pain points as you progress them through the sales funnel
  • Use your creativity to develop new ideas to fuel the sales pipeline growth
  • Attend conferences and networking events to generate new leads and promote Proxyclick
  • Work closely with Marketing to generate stats, data, and testimonials to enhance the value proposition
  • Manage multiple conversations simultaneously at various stages of engagement, and make sure that those conversations bring value to your customer
  • Qualify leads based on customer needs, budgets, decision-making process and timing
  • Maintain and improve customer data in CRM
  • Do something which has nothing to do with the above (depending on your personal skills and interests you might be involved in other aspects of Proxyclick daily life)

Requirements

  • You are a team player, you have an opinion but you don’t let ego get in the way— our culture of collaboration is important to us and we work to preserve it
  • You are determined to solve customers’ challenges and to create value for them
  • Experience in formulating and implementing an inbound/outbound communications strategy including: call scripts; email content; messaging cadence and other communication strategies
  • Expert at finding your way within large organisations, you have a very good understanding of how large organisations function and take decisions
  • 3-5 years sales experience, preferably in software sales
  • Ability to create a repeatable Sales Development methodology resulting in increased lead velocity; lead-demo conversions; qualification parameters and overall productivity
  • In addition to a track record for the above, the ideal candidate has a degree from a renowned university
  • Perfect command of English and German is a must
