Product Marketing Manager (Brussels)

Proxyclick is looking for an experienced product marketing manager to help us develop clear product positioning and messaging that defines our solution in the market. In this cross-functional marketing role, you will be working closely with different stakeholders including Product, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to drive product roadmap, strategy and execution.


Roles And Responsibilities

  • Define Proxyclick’s Go-To-Market strategies and campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and product adoption
  • Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to develop actionable, data-driven insights to inform product and marketing strategy
  • Create a unified story around new releases by determining positioning, naming, and feature prioritization
  • Create and help launch world-class product and feature announcements to both our existing customers and to the wider market
  • Work in collaboration with content to craft compelling marketing material, translating technical products into consumer-facing messages
  • Be the go-to expert on our target audiences, their needs and what motivates them to action

Requirements

  • Master’s degree
  • Experience working with product management within B2B SaaS environment
  • You can take rough themes and big ideas and turn them into a roadmap of features, experiments, and research with minimal guidance

Customer Support Specialist (New York)

Proxyclick is an international SaaS scale-up delivering a solution which is transforming the way people are welcomed to offices around the world. We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our US team. This position is ideally based in our New York office but we also consider remote applications.

In this role, you’ll work with our US clients and prospects, answer their technical (and less technical) questions, reproduce and report issues, and serve as the bridge between our US operations and our Product and Tech team. You will closely work with the rest of the US Team when discussions become too commercial or technical. You'll also proactively reach out to users to ensure their questions are answered.This is a very hands-on, broad, and cross-functional role. It is an ideal job to discover a fast-growing Internet business.

Role and responsibilities

  • Constantly monitor Proxyclick chat interface for incoming activity
  • Effectively resolve customer questions in an accurate, and timely manner (via chat, email, screen-sharing, or phone)
  • Compose clear, personalized responses for a variety of customer requests
  • Identify, reproduce, and document bugs for our Engineering teams
  • Escalate to Technical Support when deep technical knowledge is required
  • Report product suggestions to the Product team (after having enriched them with a good understanding of the user context and objectives)
  • Own many customer communications and issues, from initial contact until resolution

Requirements

  • A real passion for interacting with and helping a high volume of customers who range from experienced to non-technical users
  • Very strong communication skills. Ability to explain technical issues and resolutions succinctly and clearly. Very comfortable on the phone
  • Great problem solving abilities

Technical Support Engineer (Brussels)

We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our EU team based in our Brussels office.

In this role, you’ll partner with our EU clients to solve their technical (and less technical) issues, diagnose and report problems they face, and serve as the technical bridge between our EU Customer Success and our Product and Tech team. You will also support the EU sales team on technical questions important leads or clients have.This is a very hands-on, broad, and cross-functional role.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and effectively to requests for tech support from users through phone, email and live chat
  • Reproduce, investigate, debug and fix any issues, using DB queries, logs and monitoring tools
  • Set up screen-sharing sessions with end user when necessary (e.g. to look at the browser logs or to fix printing issues that might have local causes
  • File bug reports and escalate where appropriate
  • When there are no tech questions to answer, help your teammates by answering less technical questions from users
  • Ensure flawless integration with other systems and apps of our large clients, including identity management (SSO and User Provisioning), other SaaS products and internal systems (e.g. Access Control Systems)
  • Attend selected conference calls with large clients and prospects (together with Sales) and answer technical questions (e.g. on security)
  • Respond to developer questions about our integration tools and APIs
  • Contribute to Proxyclick technical documentation (API doc, Help Center)

Requirements

  • Prior experience working as a Technical Support Engineer
  • Very good understanding of web services, including transport (primarily HTTP), common data formats (JSON and XML), and standard API patterns (e.g. REST)
  • A real passion for interacting with and helping a high volume of customers who range from experienced developers to non-technical users
  • Very strong communication skills. Ability to explain technical issues and resolutions succinctly and clearly
  • Knowledge of network configurations and printer setup
  • Experience with LDAP and FTP
  • Fluent English (verbal and written) + 1 other European language (German would be a plus)

Growth marketer (Brussels)

We're looking for a Growth Marketer to join our team in Belgium. This position is ideally based in our Brussels office but we also consider remote applications.
In this role, you’ll work within a marketing team of 5 people. You will be in charge of analyzing Proxyclick’s entire customer funnel, identifying the largest areas for improvement and implementing strategies to capitalize on these opportunities. You will also collaborate closely with designers, support and engineering to set up and implement your growth initiatives end-to-end.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to optimize the entire customer journey (i.e., product growth, retention and upsell)
  • Grow demand through product-led initiatives (working in collaboration with several teams simultaneously at Proxyclick)
  • Own the onboarding strategy and craft user experiences aimed at converting free trials into paying customers
  • Capture real-time product usage and customer profile data to improve the overall customer experience
  • Implement post-purchase customer strategies aimed at driving advocacy, increasing customer satisfaction, and generating referrals
  • Lead onboarding calls to understand our customers’ needs and what they value in our product, to improve user experiences

Requirements:

  • You have experience working in a B2B SaaS environment or strong interest in SaaS products and marketing
  • You have a deep understanding of the marketing and sales funnel

Sales Development Representative (New York)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Post secondary degree
  • Multi-tasking is a second nature, you are able to chat with a lead, answer a phone call and text a friend to plan your night out, all at the same time
  • No 9 to 5 mentality, but rather a, ‘whatever it takes’ mentality
  • Preferably a first experience in B2B sales
  • SaaS experience (1 - 2 years) would be an asset, but not a requirement
