Roles and responsibilities

  • Develop new features and fix bugs for the Proxyclick iOS apps (iPad and iPhone)
  • Transpose the iOS apps to Android and Windows (using Xamarin)
  • Solve exciting technical challenges around real-time updates, biometrics, ...
  • Work closely with Backend Engineers, Designers, Product team, QA to deploy game-changing new features

Requirements

  • Expert level experience developing, releasing, and maintaining powerful, robust, yet elegant native applications 
  • In-depth understanding of the iOS framework
  • Mastery of Xamarin will be needed. Ideal if you already have this mastery. If you don’t but have a strong iOS experience and are a developer at heart we’ll be happy to help you make the switch to Xamarin
  • Experience with RESTful API’s and asynchronous web services
  • Experience with Git
  • Amazing debugging skills
  • Attention for detail

Manage and steer the following HR fields:

  • Recruitment and retention management

We’re looking for a front-end developer to be part of our growth team in order to design and build rich user-focused experiences that engage and connect with our prospects and customers. You’ll own Proxyclick’s web properties and rely on data to influence the design, information architecture, and inbound marketing for Proxyclick’s digital properties. You will also work closely with UI/UX designers and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation.

This position is based in our Brussels office.

 

 

Roles and responsibilities

  • Deploy, update, and share front-end assets (e.g. Javascript, CSS, images, etc) and test them across browsers, operating systems and devices
  • Build and execute HTML Email marketing campaigns, landing pages, newsletters, and implement A/B tests that will lead to conversion rate improvements
  • Translate the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code and implement on Proxyclick’s website and others web properties
  • Monitor and analyze site performance (traffic, conversion)
  • Help prioritize, resolve, and optimize areas of the website that are underperforming.
  • Update and maintain website content


Requirements

  • 1-2 years of front end development experience
  • Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, JQuery and cross-browser compatibility
  • Good command of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO principles
  • Passionate about online marketing and keeps up-to-date with latest tools, trends and strategies.
  • Strong attention to details
  • Must have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

This is a Brussels-based full-time position, your sales territory will be Europe with a strong focus on France, The Netherlands and Belgium. You will be part of a fast growing team eager to digitalize front desks.

Limited travel required. Leads are typically contacting Proxyclick proactively. They are then converted into customers through a mix of phone conversations, chats and screen sharing sessions.

 

 

Roles and responsibilities

  • Qualify leads assigned to you
  • Constantly monitor activity on our chat interface (Intercom, Slack) for incoming leads and prospect activity
  • Always keep an eye on your email inbox for trial sign-ups, demo requests, contact forms…
  • Contact via email or phone prospects who have shown interest in Proxyclick services
  • Understand their needs, and if you are convinced that Proxyclick can add value to their organization, share your enthusiasm with them until they subscribe to Proxyclick
  • Work with team members to effectively close sales
  • Conduct regular qualification calls and online 30-minute demos with prospects
  • Keep suggesting improvements and ideas to increase the qualification, quality and the quantity of leads generated by Proxyclick marketing
  • Manage your leads and sales using Hubspot CRM
  • Be available to travel if needed

 



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving quota
  • Must have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must perfectly master French, Dutch and English (other languages are a plus)
  • Must have good presentation skills
  • Proven experience selling to large companies
  • SaaS experience would be an asset, but not mandatory

Roles and responsibilities

  • Work with sales and account management to identify opportunities
  • Navigate within large organisations to find right contact persons
  • Execute targeted & strategic outbound activity via email and phone to reach key sales milestones
  • Cold call, pitch and present Proxyclick
  • Run screen sharing demos
  • Build the trust necessary to uncover and understand customers pain points as you progress them through the sales funnel
  • Use your creativity to develop new ideas to fuel the sales pipeline growth
  • Attend conferences and networking events to generate new leads and promote Proxyclick
  • Work closely with Marketing to generate stats, data, and testimonials to enhance the value proposition
  • Manage multiple conversations simultaneously at various stages of engagement, and make sure that those conversations bring value to your customer
  • Qualify leads based on customer needs, budgets, decision-making process and timing
  • Maintain and improve customer data in CRM
  • Do something which has nothing to do with the above (depending on your personal skills and interests you might be involved in other aspects of Proxyclick daily life)

 

Requirements

  • Experience in formulating and implementing an inbound/outbound communications strategy including: call scripts; email content; messaging cadence and other communication strategies

  • 3-5 years sales experience, preferably in software sales
  • Ability to create a repeatable Sales Development methodology resulting in increased lead velocity; lead-demo conversions; qualification parameters and overall productivity

  • Perfect command of English and German is a must
