    Roles and responsibilities

    • Develop new features and fix bugs for the Proxyclick mobile apps (iPad, iPhone and Windows store)
    • Work with the C# back-end team to manage and deploy integration platforms managing access to buildings and WiFi networks
    • Solve exciting technical challenges around real-time updates, biometrics, ...
    • Work closely with back-end Engineers, Designers, Product team, QA to deploy game-changing new features

    Requirements

    • Expert level experience developing, releasing, and maintaining powerful, robust, yet elegant native applications
    • Mastery of Xamarin will be needed. Ideal if you already have this mastery. If you don’t but are a developer at heart we’ll be happy to help you add Xamarin to your stack
    • Understanding of IIS, ASP.NET (Core), Windows services, or willingness to learn
    • Experience with RESTful API’s and asynchronous web services
    • Experience with Git
    • Amazing debugging skills
    • Attention for detail
    • Great team player. Experience collaborating on software projects
    • Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude
    • Fluency in English (French or Dutch not required)

    Technical Support Engineer (Brussels)

    We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our EU team based in our Brussels office.

    In this role, you’ll partner with our EU clients to solve their technical (and less technical) issues, diagnose and report problems they face, and serve as the technical bridge between our EU Customer Success and our Product and Tech team. You will also support the EU sales team on technical questions important leads or clients have.This is a very hands-on, broad, and cross-functional role.

    Roles and responsibilities

    • Respond quickly and effectively to requests for tech support from users through phone, email and live chat
    • Reproduce, investigate, debug and fix any issues, using DB queries, logs and monitoring tools
    • Set up screen-sharing sessions with end user when necessary (e.g. to look at the browser logs or to fix printing issues that might have local causes
    • File bug reports and escalate where appropriate
    • When there are no tech questions to answer, help your teammates by answering less technical questions from users
    • Ensure flawless integration with other systems and apps of our large clients, including identity management (SSO and User Provisioning), other SaaS products and internal systems (e.g. Access Control Systems)
    • Attend selected conference calls with large clients and prospects (together with Sales) and answer technical questions (e.g. on security)
    • Respond to developer questions about our integration tools and APIs
    • Contribute to Proxyclick technical documentation (API doc, Help Center)

    Requirements

    • Prior experience working as a Technical Support Engineer
    • Very good understanding of web services, including transport (primarily HTTP), common data formats (JSON and XML), and standard API patterns (e.g. REST)
    • A real passion for interacting with and helping a high volume of customers who range from experienced developers to non-technical users
    • Very strong communication skills. Ability to explain technical issues and resolutions succinctly and clearly
    • Knowledge of network configurations and printer setup
    • Experience with LDAP and FTP
    • Fluent English (verbal and written) + 1 other European language (German would be a plus)

    Product Marketing Manager (Brussels)

    Proxyclick is looking for an experienced product marketing manager to help us develop clear product positioning and messaging that defines our solution in the market. In this cross-functional marketing role, you will be working closely with different stakeholders including Product, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to drive product roadmap, strategy and execution.


    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Define Proxyclick’s Go-To-Market strategies and campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and product adoption
    • Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to develop actionable, data-driven insights to inform product and marketing strategy
    • Create a unified story around new releases by determining positioning, naming, and feature prioritization
    • Create and help launch world-class product and feature announcements to both our existing customers and to the wider market
    • Work in collaboration with content to craft compelling marketing material, translating technical products into consumer-facing messages
    • Be the go-to expert on our target audiences, their needs and what motivates them to action

    Requirements

    • Master’s degree
    • Experience working with product management within B2B SaaS environment

    Outbound Lead Generation Manager (Brussels)

    Proxyclick is looking for an Outbound lead generation manager to help us build a scalable prospecting system that creates a pipeline and generates new markets. In this role, you will be working closely with the Sales Development Representatives you will support by providing highly targeted lists of prospects within a market segment.

    You will also collaborate on an ongoing basis within the marketing team to prepare your campaigns and develop content that creates value and will resonate with your prospects.

    This is a new position that requires a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and a continuous improvement mindset.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Build a solid prospecting framework through a set of tools to help with prospects list-building, enriching data, automation, and reporting.
    • For each campaign, create meaningful sales collateral that is relevant to the target audience’s pains and challenges (e.g., blog posts, landing pages, ebooks)
    • Set up outreach campaigns involving multi-channel touchpoints to get in front of the right people with the right message at the right time.
    • Gather market insights through sales calls and customer interviews to develop elaborated Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and content.
    • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve the effectiveness of your campaigns.

    Requirements

    • Experience designing and managing high-quality integrated marketing campaigns
    • Hands-on experience with demand generation tools, CRM systems and marketing automation software
    • Expertise in understanding data, analyzing results, and optimizing for scale
    • Great listening skills and curiosity to uncover insights and commonalities about clients needs and pain points
